SHIPPING

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Victoriaanise.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.

TRACKING

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service. We ship to the address you provide in your order. We do not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered or refused.

*Please allow 1-3 business days for processing an order.

*We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout.

REFUNDS

IMPORTANT: *If your order is out of stock, we will attempt to reach out to you to replace it with something else or issue a refund for the item(s) not in stock.* 

If your order is refunded due to an item being out of stock, please allow 5-10 Business Days to process the refund. If you have not received your refund after 5-10 Business Days then we will resend you the refund notification and you will need to reach out to your bank.

SHIPPING RATES

We offer First Class Shipping (1-5 Business Days) and Priority Shipping (1-3 Business Days). Orders may arrive between 1-3 days *after it is scanned by USPS, however, in very rare instances, please allow up to 3 days.
